The national charity, motability, operates the largest fleet of cars in the UK for disabled drivers in the UK. It offers thousands upon thousands of cars for the 1.7m disabled drivers in the UK.

Should you qualify for the Higher Rate Mobility Component of Disability Living Allowance, your payments can be made to motability in order to cover the cost of your car purchase.

You can also obtain preferential loan rates to make your purchase more cost-effective.

Most of the cars offered by motability are unadapted. However, the charity provides advice on how to make modifications when necessary.
