Infiniti, Nissan's luxury brand, will begin the rollout of its European line-up with the new EX model next year.
The Japanese car giant will begin the launch with four new models .
The EX, unveiled earlier this month, will form part of a four model premium range that will be launched alongside the G Saloon, G Coupe and a successor to Infiniti's FX.
The car will be unveiled at next year's Geneva Motor Show.
Jim Wright, vice president of Infiniti Europe, commented: "The launch of a premium car brand in Europe is a rare and special event ."
"Infiniti will have the simple philosophy of offering the independently minded customer a new alternative," he added.
The luxury Infiniti brand has already been launched and received success in the USA, Korea, Taiwan and Russia .
Since its introduction into the market in 1989, Infiniti has recorded sales figures of over one million units worldwide.
