Renault has announced the new Renault Laguna GT hatch will set buyers back a cool £21,050 when it goes on sale in the UK next month.
The French carmaker also confirmed that the high-performance version of the Laguna will also be available as a Sports Tourer estate, costing from £22,000.
The Laguna GT will be available with either a 201bhp 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine or a 176bhp 2.0-litre diesel unit, emitting CO2 emissions of 194g/km and 172g/km respectively.
The petrol unit powers the car from 0-62mph in 7.8 seconds, while the diesel version takes less than a second longer at 8.5 seconds.
All GT models come equipped with Renault's four-wheel-steering system, which improves the car's agility, as well as helping the car to maintain stability under heavy braking and during high-speed turning.
The GT is set apart from other Lagunas by its larger front grille, air intakes in the front bumper, plus side sills, gloss-black door mirrors, twin exhaust tailpipes and smoked rear light clusters. The car also comes with distinctive 18-inch alloy wheels .
The cars interior features grey upholstery, aluminium pedals and gearknob, sports seats and a sports steering wheel .
