Toyota has launched an upgraded version of its popular MPV, the Verso SR .
The new model comes with a host of extra equipment and options as standard, including front parking sensors, in addition to the ones already fitted at the rear, 16-inch alloy wheels and an in-dash CD changer.
The new SR also features a proximity indicator on the dashboard to inform the driver of how near the car is to other obstacles.
For an extra £940, motorists can purchase the MPV with Toyotas ICE in-car entertainment system, which comprises of two seven-inch screens fitted into the back of the front headrests for viewing DVDs or playing console games .
Under the bonnet, the Verso SR comes with the choice of 1.8-litre petrol - available with a semi-automatic gearbox option - or 2.2-litre diesel engines .
The upgraded Verso SR is available from all UK Toyota dealerships, with prices for starting at £17,545.
