Audi has announced prices for its A3 Cabriolet, which is expected to go on sale in the UK from May.
The four-seater convertible will cost £20,750 for the 1.9 TDI entry version, £22,300 for the 1.8 TFSI, £22,760 for the 2.0 TDI and £23,660 for the 2.0 TFSI edition.
The German manufacturer said the car will share the majority of the petrol and diesel engines in the A3 line-up, which will be linked to either a five-speed or six-speed gearbox as standard, although buyers will be given the option of upgrading to a high-speed semi-automatic system.
The car is available in three different trims: Standard, Sport and the performance S Line, with power outputs will ranging from 103bhp to 196bhp.
Standard features include 16-inch alloy wheels, air conditioning and electric windows. The soft-top roof operates with the touch of a button, although it requires unlatching and latching from the windscreen.
The Sport trim costs an additional £1850 and comes with 17-inch alloy wheels, sports suspension, sports seats and a fully automatic roof operation .
The S Line specification costs an additional £1550 from the Sport trim. Car buyers get whopping 18-inch alloy wheels, leather upholstery, more aggressive body styling and a multi-function steering wheel with gearshift paddles for extra performance.
