Ford is set to launch its new flagship Mondeo, the Mondeo Titanium X Sport .
The giant car manufacturer said the Titanium X Sport, available in both estate and hatchback form, was created in response to the "recent surge in retail demand for top end variants of the Mondeo" .
Ford has introduced a new 175PS 2.2 TDCi premium diesel engine to power the model, although buyers can also opt for a five-cylinder petrol engine .
The Titanium X Sport comes equipped with a host of standard features including an in-dash six CD player, voice control, rain sensing wipers, automatic headlights, front and rear park assist, dual-zone climate control and the Ford Power start button.
Additional upgrades over the standard Titanium include advanced Bluetooth connectivity, bi-xenon lights, alloy pedals and sports suspension.
The Ford Mondeo Titanium X Sport is due to go on sale this summer, with prices starting from £25,355.
